Position Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Executive

Job Summary:
The CSR Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or team leads when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service activities and metrics.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Competitive Salary +Commission +Leave encashment and other benefits
Timing: 7:00PM to 4:00AM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Office#205, 2ndfloor Regency Plaza Opposite DHQ Hospital Faisalabad.
