Position: Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential leads through various channels to generate interest in the company’s products or services. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an ability to effectively connect with prospective clients, qualifying them as valuable leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Source Leads: Research and identify potential leads through various platforms, including social media, online directories, and industry-specific resources.
- Engage and Qualify Leads: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or social media to understand their needs, qualify them, and move them into the sales pipeline.
- Database Management: Maintain and update an organized database of leads, noting each interaction and status.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and target audience insights to improve lead quality and strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with company goals and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Achieve Monthly Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation as set by the company.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities and results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify prospects effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and social media platforms for lead generation.
- Research Skills: Ability to perform in-depth research and analysis of target markets and potential clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejections professionally while staying focused on goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
